105 Air Squats
90 Box Jumps (24/20)
75 Pull Ups
60 Walking Lunges
45 Burpees
30 Knees to Elbows
15 HSPU or 30 Push Ups

Team WOD L2: For time:

Put a vest on (20/10)

150 Double Unders
135 Sit Ups
120 Push Ups
105 Air Squats

75 Pull Ups

Take your vest off here

60 Walking Lunges

In case you have not been around long enough to hear the story, this workout is what happens when coaches get together and decide to come up with a workout that everyone will unquestionably tolerate love.  This time around you get to share your joys with a partner as you go from Air Squats to Box Jumps and to what actually may feel like an infinite amount of Pull Ups.  But because negative writing only leads to negative weather (trying this out), the focus will be on the positive portions of today’s workout…here we go:  (ahem) The lunges are kinda easy!
